      • Answer: No. If you have an accepted NSW WorkCover or CTP claim, all of our rehabilitation, job skills training, and return-to-work services are fully funded by the insurer at no cost to you.

  • Answer: Yes. In NSW, you have the right to choose your preferred workplace rehabilitation provider. You can request your GP, insurer, or employer to send your referral directly to us.

  • Answer: One of our approved consultants will meet with you to review your functional capacity, discuss your recovery goals, and coordinate with your doctor to create a stress-free return-to-work roadmap.

  • Question: Is Recare Services fully accredited?

    • Answer: Yes. We are a SIRA-accredited workplace rehabilitation provider serving clients across New South Wales (NSW) and the ACT.

    • Answer: We prioritize early intervention. Our team contacts the injured worker and pre-injury employer within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a secure referral intake.
